If you would like, Shadows Ranch can organize your entire event for you.  Our package includes all day use of the facility, an open bar for 4 hours, hors d'oeuvres, a premium buffet dinner, all rental equipment (china, linens, silverware, tables and chairs) disc jockey and all service staff for $125 per person (100 people minimum).  Not included in this price are rehearsal dinner, table centerpieces, flowers, photography, decorations for the wedding dome, rings and wedding cake.

In addition to the Main Art Gallery and Conservatory Green House Dining Room we have several other delightful locations around the property for groups.   Imagine exchanging your vows in front of a serene mountain lake.   How about a sit down dinner in a riverfront meadow surrounded on all sides by wildflowers and mountain views?  We can create an intimate, elegant indoor party, or if you prefer, we can plan your event outdoors on the decks.  Our Main Art Gallery House has a covered lower level flagstone patio and deck surrounded by flowers and lush lawn for you and your guests' enjoyment and comfort.  Our Green House boasts a spectacular view of the stars through the clear ceiling.  We are also happy to provide a list of excellent establishments nearby that can accommodate your rehearsal dinner.

We want your day to be unique and to reflect the personality of your celebration.  Therefore, we vow never to become a "cookie cutter" wedding venue like so many others.  We are limited only by our imaginations!
