years of experience in event planning and coordination. He and
his staff can assist in all phases of your planning.
Many families wish to plan and implement "their own" event.
Our staff can provide full services for an event, or you can literally
"take over".
You reserve the event space, create your own decorations, organize
volunteer set-up and clean-up personnel, and run the show. The
facility rental will remain the same, but the costs for the entire event
would be significantly reduced. |

Nearby Accommodations
Upon booking we will provide you with a list of all of the
recommended accommodations in and around the historic Georgetown
area, which is only five minutes from the ranch. All price
options are available. Within 8 minutes from Shadows Ranch,
there are two bed-and-breakfast facilities and a restored

We have an in-house catering service you are required
to use because of Clear Creek County regulations. Our
